You get what you pay for - cheap fare = very average service. The one meal provided was dreadful. Staff were not particularly friendly. I was staggered that toward the end of the flight they offered in-flight duty free including cigarettes. With rising deaths from cancer due to cigarettes how can an airline sell this product.
