Easyjet is a sorry excuse of an airline!! Do yourself a favor and skip booking with this company. Google flight cancellations and their poilcies on this. You will NOT receive a refund. I can't give it less than 1 star. It is hard to rate a flight that you are stranded and labeled as "Extraordinary Circumstances" This company continually uses the excuse above across lots of customers to retain all the customers money. Multiple Class action lawsuits have won due to the above Generic use of "Extraordinary Circumstances"
