Singapore Airlines review by Ann 2015-11-06

I was travelling from Singapore to Vietnam at around midday and the heat was quite unbearable. What made things worse was that our flight was delayed for 45mins & we were already in the plane! The vessel was quite dated and the airconditioning was terrible. On the upside, the crew was friendly and prompt. They served the food quickly as I think passengers were being cranky. The seats were pretty comfortable, in my opinion. I was able to sleep through the flight despite the weak AC. Good thing it was a short flight. Some of their planes need upgrading pretty bad. However, I'm quite happy with their service overall and I will still book my flights with them. EDITORS COMMENT: You're right some planes do need updating but they are in the process of it - its just takes a while. Thanks for sharing your balanced review with us.
