Scoot Airline is a sucker and not a budget airline. I am pregnant and I do not wish to fly and thus I ask them to change my name to my parent. I paid $800+ for the airfare. They are inconsiderate, they wanted me to provide medical certificate which is almost impossible to provide. I have checked with doctor and they couldnt give me the certificate as I aint having a diarrhoea or infectious disease. I would thought Scoot could grant me the changes with my reasons, but NO! For the last 8 hours, I receive the email from them with a link, outlining their rules etc. That has gone too far Scoot! You are a sucker, inconsiderate and bad sales service. You have lose me and I will spread the bad things about you.
