Delta Air Lines review by Howard 2017-02-17

Delta Comfort+ is Not Premium Economy We have just returned from US and booked on Virgin Australia because of their Premium Economy but the return flight was operated by Delta Airlines. Never Again! They provide an Economy seat with three extra inches of legroom. No additional width to the seat. When your 6.0ft tall this does not allow you to stretch out when the flight is over 13 hours. Everything else was Economy class but the problem being I had paid nearly twice the Economy fare. To add insult to injury the power was out in our section of the plane so no entertainment. I took two sleeping tablets. The check in process at LAX at the Delta Terminal is not to be experienced. Very disappointing!
