Terrible customer service!! Beware. Their website does not give you any direct contact info. All automated typical questiones and none almost for emergency or to re schedule flights due to force major. Site is evadive and concentrated on selling you more services and no place for helping anyone in case you need to contact urgently reschedule flight . The give a number for urgency they connect to local Police!! Not a customer service rep. I had to call and reschedule as my delay was due to force major and riots and protestors taking streets of buenoscaired imposible finding contact number to speak to a representative as I traveled to airport and upon arrival with 76 yr old mother who was traveling with me to see a dying relative from BA to Córdoba.. no employees at any counter. The gate was the furthest from the counter on upper floor went thru security only hand on luggage and still made it 3 minutes vllate. Had website not been riddled with evasive links none of which could give contact to call to reschedule.Could have been solved had rhey had employees to Willi g to help!! since another flight was availabile. Yet noy got us though de had to notify for us.we eere firced to forfeit tickets. I finally called then after seating myself at empty customer service check in desk and found post it with all call center numbers of for employees at empty desk !! not available to customers in their web site. Still no luck lost tickets yet for much less had luck to discover Latam a company with support all over the airport and sold tickets in directly over counter with support plenty customer service with Latam. Behind empty Norwegian desks found posted ..I called and to make insult further found that emoliyeees have a hard time understanding English and Spanish!! Terrible experience. They are going to be an Also Ran destined to fail more customers in the same or worse fashion. Anorher Eastern or or Braniff in the making .!! Recommend avoiding at any cost. Mathias.
