JetBlue Airways review by Estelle 2015-08-13

I flew from Boston to Cleveland on Wed. 07/29/15 and arrived with no luggage. Reason being that because my husband could not travel with me on my fight from Dubai to Cleveland, our luggage would be taken off the aircraft and sent the following day on the same flight No. as mine. So i traveled to Cleveland via Boston and did not check my luggage in Boston, as I was toled it would not be on that plane. Upon arrival at Cleveland, my daughter and I reported that this luggage would arrive the following day and we would collect it. Cailtlyn was the lady who was extremely friendly and helpful and promised to let us know as soon as it had arrived. She phone tin the morning to say that it was not on the morning flight, but could still be on the evening flight. My daughter was again phoned that evening to be told that there was no luggage of mine on that flight. Between Cailtyn and Teresa, they searched and phoned Boston and managed to find out that the luggage was in Boston. It arrived on the same flight as my husband on Friday morning. I would like to thank Caitlyn and Teresa for all their help in getting this luggage to me. A big thank you to both!
