Economy Class

My kids flew from DFW to London-heathrow on unaccompanied minor service. the service was not so sofisticated as they explained in there website. 1.There was miscommunication at DFW airport.The person issued the boarding pass communicated saying BA member will pick kids from lobby and take them for boarding directly,we were waiting and finally no one showed up,when checked back with BA member ,they said that is not the process, and she issued gate passes to us 30mins before the takeoff. 2.The unaccompanied forms were not sent to the gate desk . 3.AS per the details mentioned in the website ,they said kids will be provided seating close by to the cabin members,but the seating were in 10th row. 4.When kids reached the Heathrow airport ,kids didnt receive any assistance during baggage claim,kids had to pull the baggage and place in the cart.
