This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with an airline. Upon arrival at the gate, I was forced to check a brand new carry-on bag due to the large number of passengers. They completely destroyed the side of the bag and wheel somehow. When I got it I took it directly to the bag managers "Swissport", who were handling things for Ryan air. They filled out a useless report, and asked that I email the company. It wasn't an email address though, in fact it was a website. After slowly and painfully filling out page after page, they even asked for the receipt of the bag and all of my payment information. I filled it all in, and then they emailed back and said I would have to go to the manufacturer and have them repair or replace the bag and then send them the invoice. Yikes. What terrible service. Every single communication from them was also quite rude. Thank you RyanAir for making me feel worthless.
