Worst flight experience ever. CA976 is scheduled to depart 0930 on 16 Dec from Singapore to Beijing but it was delayed to 1400 as informed during check in on 0700. I was informed the delay is due to airplane technical faulty. It is then delayed to 1530 without further information. There is no alternative plane reserve by the company at all. "Sorry" does not restore the change of planned schedule. The company has no plan for any ticket refund as well.
