Flew Melbourne to Singapore on SCOOTBIZ and return on FlyBagEat. SCOOTBIZ seats was OK, more leg space and width. Food on the MEL/Spore leg was passable although serving was small compared to normal economy food. The return leg although not SCOOTBIZ was passable except for the prepaid food. We had scrambled eggs and croisants. The scrambled eggs was melted like pudding or jelly and the hashbrown was mushy. If normal airlines can served proper scrambled eggs, there is no reason why SCOOT can't served prepaid proper scrambled eggs. Perhaps it is because of the poor preparation by SCOOT crew. The croisant was likely better, although it is still icy inside. The answer from a Scoot stuff when questioned about the scrambled eggs was---"other passengers have also complained". So much for their response to customers complaints. EDITORS COMMENT: Scoot are brilliant in every way except their food.. though I hear there have been some additions to the menu that are better.
