Economy Class

After our flight was delayed by 8 hours, which made us lose 1 day of our precious holiday, we reached the airport for our delayed flight and we were told that the aircraft had technical problems. We still don't know when we will be departing. Absolutely poor service. I approached one of the Jetstar staff and attempted to tell them that this was absolutely ridiculous, her reply was, "That's fine". Hence CARE FACTOR ZERO! Never ever again. EDITORS COMMENT: That is a very annoying start to your holiday and good communication goes a long way but at the end of the day, safety has to come first.
