Sunwing Airlines review by Kevin 2016-09-13

My flight from YUL to CUN had decent staff. It was a few minutes late departing but no one cared. The YUL check in staff were great as well. Very friendly. I almost was going to say Sunwng wasn't so bad after all. But..... Then the return from CUN to YUL. Very rude check in staff at CUN. The agent wanted to serve more then 3 diffrent pax at once. Calling us up together. After someone else screamed at us to make sure we were Elite Plus (we were) Due to some mechical Issue the flight was several hours late with very bad even miserable communications from the Sunwing staff at CUN about what was going on. Staff at CUN were simply miles apart in difference in the way they treated Customers. Hope Sunwing takes note of this.
