VUELING - Worst airline service in over 30 years of travel. On Saturday, August 6, 2016, myself and my wife and my six year old son was scheduled to travel from to Rome to London. Our flight was delayed and/or CANCELLED WITHOUT NOTICE TO US. We were offered no hotel accommodations or any help and we were left to fend for ourselves. The airport personnel were rude and totally indifferent to our problem. Absolutely the worst I've ever encountered. We had to find and pay for a hotel room in Rome and we also lost the expense of prepaid hotel in London.
