I was not informed of a 3 month passport expiry policy when I booked a four day round trip to Paris. I only learned of this when I was refused travel by Easyjet Customer Service at Luton Airport. When I wanted to inquire about the situation I was handed a number and email address. While the Easyjet representative promptly shouted "next" and pushed me aside. I called their customer service number and was informed I would receive my taxes back, but not my full payment. I was told the transaction would be processed in roughly five days. It has now been three weeks. I've called again and been told I should check with my bank! I keep a close eye on my funds and transactions and there has been no problem there. I was also told that their Finances team would "investigate" and I would be informed... Judging by my experiences with this company, and reviews I have read, I don't foresee my refund anytime soon. I will never book with Easyjet, and advise others to follow.
