Virgin Australia review by David 2016-04-24

My wife and I and the three kids flew with Virgin Australia on our trip to the United States in November/Dec 2015. This was the second time we have flown internationally with VA and was just as impressed as the first time. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and made the VERY LONG flight go by relatively quickly. On the way back the plane was half empty and the crew were just as attentive as they were on the way over when the plane was full. When we got to LAX we were obviously the last passengers to get to the baggage claim, had the 7 year had to go to the bathroom once we got through customs, and the ground crew had our bags on a trolley for us, Food was fine, seats were fine, entertainment system was fine, We always try and fly with VA when we can. The 777-300er plane is such a nice plane to fly in. If you can fly with VA to the US I highly recommend them.
