I have flown Ryan Air twice, once from Gatwick to Dublin and Glasgow (Prestwick) Airport to Wroclaw in Poland. They are the most disgraceful, rude and disgusting airline I have every flown with. When we first flew with them we were aware of their budget status and their strict conditions on luggage size and weight. We knew we were over-weight on the 15kg maximum luggage and would have to pay extra. The way they treated us was like we were criminals. Their customer service was disgusting and I swore to myself we would never fly them again. We had booked with Ryan Air to fly back from Dublin to Gatwick, but after the way they treated us, we re-booked with Aer-Lingus. Unfortunately due to necessity, we had to book with Ryan Air again to get to Wroclaw in Poland. This time we packed light and had no issues checking in. However, the staff were still rude and looking everyone up and down as we boarded, they even measured some people's bags!! There was also a number of drunk people on our flight (given it was at 6am this is quite an achievement!) and the staff did nothing to subdue them or calm them down. Whilst they may be value for money, Ryan Air is the worst airline I have ever flown and I would not recommend them to anyone.
