Air India review by Chhanda 2016-09-14

I recently flew between Melbourne and Delhi. I would advise the staff to serve all drinks including hot drinks - tea and coffee on a trolley. It is ludicrous to see hostesses going around in tea pots. My arm got drenched with hot coffee while getting served! The plane was full of desis of course and the desi behavior regarding demand of changing of seats and arguing with the airline staff continue to be appalling. The toilets were clean though; which was a pleasant surprise.
