I will never fly with Philippines airline again in any class! I flew business class and still, their service, food and entertainment is below par. An embarrassment for an airline that bears their country flag. I flew from Sydney to Manila then transit from Manila to Haneada, Tokyo. This was a business trip which meant I was expected to be working and be comfortable enough to arrive fresh. On the way over, from Sydney to Manila, wifi was not working which meant I could not send any emails. The seats on the shorter 4 hour flights to / from Manila & Tokyo was just like a premium economy seat only bigger. There were no screens for movies / entertainment on any travel class but flying business class meant you get an iPad for movies / entertainment. On the way back from Tokyo to Manila, the movie content in the iPad did not work. Apparently there was some technical fault that they were working on. I have a long list of why NEVER to travel with PAL on the flight back from Manila to Sydney - too much to list in a 1200 word limit review. In summary, once again, there was no wifi; and the service was even worse than the flight over. EDITORS COMMENT: This is a great and informative review, Thanks for sharing it with us.
