Amazing. I had to change flights and do so many things that other air companies wouldn't have helped with, and Lufthansa was so incredibly helpful. There's a number you can call and a real person talks to you and does the research for you. (In Spanish in my case) I don't know I felt very very helped at all times. Best airline company I've used so far at least in customer service.
