We flew from Brisbane to Darwin recently and noticed how old and tired the plane was inside. My seat would not recline and I noticed others found the same thing. It also needed a very good clean and vacuum. On our return journey my seat did actually recline but this plane also needed a good clean. Also both my husband's and my luggage was damaged. We paid top money for these flights. We will not be flying Virgin again.
