Dirty seats. Entertainment system is old. Once the seat in front of you is pushed back it's hard to see the screen properly. Using the system is a pain as the buttons don't respond well (no touch screen). Food very mediocre. Staff cold. Waste of money. Seats uncomfortable and old. Not fun for a 12 hour flight.
