I feel that Thai Airways is moving towards LCC concept ... Service breakfast and dinner and only sandwich in a box? Seat in A320 ...designed for short people only? ... I am referring KUL-BKK-KUL EDITORS COMMENT: Thsi route is operated by Thai's low cost offshoot Thai Smile. Thai Airways are certainly not going low cost but Thai Smile helps them keep competitive with low cost carriers on shorter routes but they offer some in flight product which is more than other airlines.
