We were flying Kiev-Amsterdam-Havana 07.12.13 KLM Cancun-Paris-Kiev 20.12.13, We fly annually since 2005 Kiev-Cancun-Kiev with AF, this year we added Cuba. Every year (!) our flight from Cancun to Paris is late regardless of the weather. Despite of the excellent weather both in Cancun and Paris aircraft was traditionally late, we missed connection flight. When we arrived to CDG (Boeing 777) AF desk was empty. 200 passengers looking for connecting flights stood in queues more than 3 hours. It was a real mess. On board service was OK but we are always curious, if there is such a mess in the airport and craft is always late, why is it and who can guarantee our safety. We have a feeling that company lucks management, that every employee does what he/she wants, that there are NO regulations and standard procedures. After 20 years using AF, we do not trust them anymore and stop using airline.
