Irresponsible overserving (plying to drunkenness) of alcohol to person with limited mental capacity. Rude, unattentive staff, poor service. Staff joked about complaints openly to each other. Delayed flight by 9 hrs with no support or assistance from LH. Poor call centre assistance with staff unable to assist in english (english line....) and unaware of plane being delayed. Staff could not work out time lost flying east to west and argued over connection flights that were lost due to delay. Worst flight and service ever. EDITORS COMMENT: Sorry to hear you had an experience like this as they are usually exceptional when it comes to delays.
