I am going to break my usual rule of complaining on line. I hope that Jetstar sees this post. Our almost 20 year old cat had a stroke and we flew home 12 hours early to say good bye. Jetstar staff proposed changed flights for the mere sum of $640.00 (first call), $750 (second call). Then brand new flights (3rd call) (That I had already found). Long story short, we cancelled our original flights and booked new ones for a a total of $350. We booked a flight an early morning flight that had 2 dozen empty seats. We gave up our seats on the heavily booked evening flight. They were probably rebooked. What did we get from Jetstar..... Absolutely Nothing. We will not fly with them again.
