Air France review by Inna 2017-01-19

The worst air company I have ever used. The staff was extremely rude to passengers, they even screamed to one of the passenger! They were speaking mainly in French between each other, which wasn't acceptable as most of the passengers didn't speak French. The flight was 10 hours and for this time they gave us only a small dinner (I'm a small person who doesn't eat a lot, but my fiance was left hungry), then after 7 hours we had a small breakfast - a cookie and a coffee!!?? However, we were told that we couldn't even order any extra food or drinks, tho' paying for them!!?? Never flying with them again!!! EDITORS COMMENT: All airlines only offer two meals on long haul flights in Economy these days but thee should be snacks available on request
