Worst flight ever. 18 hours from chile via argentina. Food cold and awful. Too many small children whose parents happy to let them scream all night and staff conspicuous by their absence. Charged100 euros excess baggage for 3kilos while parents had hand luggage of 4 cases and 3 handbags. I had only small rucjsack. How is that fair. Robbed in chile and again by klm. Never again.
