bad vegan food, extremely cramped seats in economy, stingy re: drinks [especially alcoholic, but also water], weird timing for meals [eg. 01:30 - first meal and beverage on a 12+ flight that took off at 22:10], very crappy choice of movies and telly, 'map' didn't work on 3 out of 4 long haul flights, cabin crew sweet but harried and over-worked -took them 3/4 hour to respond to request for water - ???poor crew:pax ratio??, blankets smelt stale. well, to be brutally frank , worse than stale. for someone who RELIES on alcohol to 1/ not go berserk and 2/ get any sleep at all, their parsimony with booze is .....a deal-breaker for me. on the + side - all 4 flights ran beautifully to schedule, pleasant counter staff, luggage arrived safely, appreciated the hospitality pack - esp the 'blinkers' and the sockettes. and the toilets were very clean.
