Economy Class

My boyfriend and I had the extreme displeasure of travelling with this airline from coron to manilla in november 2014. The customer service was terrible throughout right down to their staff laughing at us when we approached customer service about exorbitant fees we were charged for our checked luggage. Even though we had a combined luggage weight of only 28 kilos for two people, we were forced to pay the price of two more plane tickets for our bags. We were not made aware of these fees at the time of booking and when we asked for our bags back to throw out toiletries etc which we could just buy later at a fraction of the cost we were not allowed. They would not even let us take out our allowed 7 kg of carry on luggage. This even though other customers were taking on huge carry ons hat were quite obviously too large and heavy. Some customers even ignored the staff or yelled at them when told their bags were too large. Many could not even fit under the seats but because we did not want to be rude and make a scene, we were forced to double the cost of our flight. I would not recommend this airline under ANY circumstances and was completely disgusted through every step of the customer service I pursued.
