When mon amour purchases expensive business class seats for us to take a romantic trip to Paris, we would actually like to sit in the seats that we booked, Together. That concept was completely lost on Air France, who repossessed my seats and moved me on the departure And return flights. A kind flight attendant attempted to remedy the situation on the way to Paris, but no one cared on the return flight when my seat got "involuntarily downgraded" to economy cabin, and we spent the entire 8.5 hour flight two cabins apart. Two Air France employees explained that Air France prioritizes customers for downgrades, and as their least valued customer, I was the one who got the boot. Worst customer service I have EVER received in my life, Air France. Nothing makes your customers feel special and appreciated like being told they have been singled out as the least important and least valued customer in the entire cabin. To put it in terms you'll understand... Air France, t'es Le Pire. I will fly your heinous airline again on the 1st of Never.
