Jetstar review by Len 2013-02-13

Flew to Christchurch New Zealand with JetStar via Melbourne on an A320, flight ok, staff very polite and helpful. Main complaint was having to collect luggage and recheck at Melbourne both going and coming. (Went to Thailand recently with a change over in Singapore, put our luggage on in Perth and collected it in Thailand ) Melbourne air port is a craphole, unorganized, staff seemed confused as to what was happening. Also the staff in Australia could certainly take some lessons from overseas staff, the people in Australia appear to have trained by the Gestapo, particularly in Perth.
