Ryanair review by Jessica 2017-07-13

My partner and I flew Ryanair for our first holiday with our 4mth old baby. The plane and ground staff couldn't have been anymore kind, understanding and helpful. I only have positive things to say about them. We were boarded first to not have to queue with a baby. Staff engaged with the baby keeping her entertained. On our return journey they moved us to an empty row of three for free, so we could spread out and not to upset other passengers with a crying baby. A win for everyone. The staff checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything, which we didn't because with the extra space our baby slept the whole journey. The plane was clean and had more leg room and wider seats than another budget airline we flew with recently. The backs of the seats were also fabric not plastic. Staff were clearly well trained for managing passengers with children. And the flight only cost £23per adult.
