British Airways review by Mimi 2016-08-24

My husband & I recently flew round trip Phoenix/London in business class. We have never raved about an airline as we do British Airways. The staff service and attention to detail was the best we have ever experienced with an airline! We, especially, want to thank the staff on BA 0288 on 7/21/16 and BA 0289 on 8/8/16 (Ruth, you ROCK!). The comfort, spatial seating and entertainment was excellent. We would fly British Airways again in a heart beat!
