Had a wonderful flight from CEB-LAX and back, with a stopover in Incheon that lasted for about 12hrs which was great so I got to enjoy the transit tour to Seoul while I was there. Incheon is a great airport, huge and it's like a freaking mall. The cabin crew and people at the check-in counter (at LAX) are all very friendly and helpful. (in comparison with United, which only seems to employ old, fat cows) Unfortunately, their very thick accent when speaking English makes them difficult to understand. (For example, I was asked if I wanted seal for breakfast and they meant cereal) I also appreciate being allowed to check in my bag at LAX right when I got there and not just a few hours before the flight. The plane itself (A380) seems to be in need of some modernization. The seats are old, and not the most spacious. They don't recline as much as I'd like them to. The in-flight entertainment screen is very small. The lavatories seem to be cleaned only in between flights. My only real concern is that I was not charged the advertised rate on the site. I reserved the flight for $150 less, but never received an e-mail thus I was unable to get the reservation number.
