On the 21st of February 9 people missed their flight to Kittila (Finland) airport flying from Gatwick because of the incompetence of the information desk woman and the dispatcher responsible for the screen information . The flight was missing from the board 5 min. after was shown and whoever missed the 5 min. were waiting at the information desk, but the woman simply refused to tell us the gate number and was holding us to send us back to costumer service so we can buy new tickets ! All 9 of us paid big amount of money for our holidays and the flight was charter ,going there only once in a week,that incompetent woman behind the desk did not wanna hear anything and repeated only that we missed the flight and I was there 40 min before the flight ! While I was waiting on the queue to talk to her about all that mess,she phoned the dispatcher to let him know that info for Kittila flight was not on screen and after i asked her the gate number she did not tell me ! This woman spoiled the holiday to 9 people and needs to get fired and to pay for our expensive flights agents manage to find for us ,so we got on the next day to Kittila and missed only a day from our holiday !
