We where at the airline on the but the two passenger in front of us where arguing with the bag check clerk so that made us late to get my godson who had come to nj to spend a month with me and we were trying to get him back to ft lauderdale , fl . The baggage clerk Vanessa Valera empl# 40883 was awesome . she even escorted us to the plane to assure we did not miss it. She should be complimented for her enthusiasm to help us. The other clerk next to her acted as if they did not care.
