disgusting company, disgusting customer service, worst experience, will not use again, 1) flight leaving leeds, 1st problem that came to our attention was we had not paid for hold luggage due to us wanting a sharp exit at arrival - this was soon changed as we were told that we had to put our bags in hold luggage due to no space, well if there is not enough space for all the passengers do not fill the flight. 2)during the flight we had purchased a couple of items ie a drink and snacks the attendant did not have enough change on them and told us they would return with it- however this did not happen, how many customers are they doing this to another money making scam for ryanair. 3) booked as a package holiday so thought we would be able to check both flights in at the same time to retrieve boarding passes - however once again for them to gain more money this was not the case unless we pre booked our seats at a further cost. 4) checked flights in on the app for return could view both boarding passes at that time - thought we would use the app for quick and ease at the airport - this was not the case as when we arrived at the airport it only showed 1 boarding pass and not the 2 so we
