Dublin to Shanghai - dreadful service, lost baggage, no help, no concern, website designed to frustrate any claim avoid air France at all costs, previous flight I was left stranded at Paris for over 12 hours no concer, no apology just abuse and frustration. Given a small bottle of water and prepacked sandwich and told to get lost - terrible terrible airline
