Economy Class

I have recently travelled with South African Airways from South Africa to Germany. While I was exceptionally skepitcal at fiest due to their terrible reputation with our country, they were the only airline with a direct flight at a good price. While the flight itself was fair, my in-flight entertainment system was broken. While I also understand that the unforseeable happens, I do believe that an airline should make up for its inconvenience. However, what has put me off completely about SAA, is my subequent dealings. I have send close to a dozen emails (either directly or via the website). While I'll receive a confirmation of reception, I have received only one unsatisfacotyr reply and my response has been ignored. I have also contacted them numerous times again with urgent queries with regards to my return flight. Alas, they have not come back to me one. There is nothing more frustrating than a customar care service who couldn't care leas about customers. Such a pity - I should've listened to the reviews I read prior to my flight and stayed away!
