Air China review by Sandra 2016-05-07

After reading reviews about this airline, we were a little worried, but after travelling Sydney - Beijing - Sydney business class, I would have to disagree with all the negative comments and rate it the BEST experience in flying and customer service from start to finish. We have flown Qantas and BA first class in the past and neither airline matched the quality of Air China. Their staff were wonderful, spoke in English, their business lounges and food were excellent. We were so pleased that the trip was the complete opposite of all the negativity the airline was getting on this site. Additionally, both flights were unbelievably smooth as were the landings despite the large aircraft. Kudos to the pilots !
