Cancelled a flight late at night, couldn't contact them to arrange alternative arrangements. Several staff members booked on the one flight inconvenienced by the late cancellation. Rebooked with another airline to ensure staff could get home. Not at all happy with Jetstar and our company will NOT use them again and suggest you don't either.
