Did not get pre-booked seat allocations on any of our flights and instead were separated on MEL - ZUR flight. Movie selection was very limited. Very cold cabin blasting cold air continuously. On return leg HK - MEL we were told we could not board as they had oversold the flight and we hadn't checked in online - we were flying from LHR - HK at the time so were unable to check in. They asked us to help them out and take a different flight to Sydney with a Prem. Economy upgrade and an extra 3 hours flying time. We rejected this as we had commitments as home. Food was bland and tasteless. Immigration forms were not given to anyone who happened to be asleep when they were being handed out. We had to repeatedly request water as there was no attendant offering refreshments throughout the flight. Very disappointing experience all round.
