Horrible service with employees who really don't care. I am convinced they hate AA; as a result I hate AA. I have over 3 million miles with AA, lifetime platinum status which gets you nothing. I have had it with late flights and surly employees. Never again will I fly AA. I have status on Delta (diamond) so they will get all my business from now on.
