Economy Class

Flight PR 100 and PR 101 from Honolulu-Manila-Honolulu on A340-300, although the aircraft is old from Iberia Airlines it still in good condition it is a well managed aircraft by Pal the only problem with this aircraft it has no individual personal inflight entertainment system in a 10.5hours longhaul flight, though they offer online video and audio streaming via ON Air Internet with your mobile phone or tablet yet i feel that it is not enough to cover the comfort of travelling passengers.but yet they compensate us in other way by providing an excellent cabin service , Pal Flight Attendants have improved a lot from being Snobbish,unfriendly and Lazy to be a FRIENDLY ,KIND , CARING and DEDICATED now to its passengers as i have read in some other passengers latest experienced review,,it will be a shame if Pal continue to fly an aircraft that can be compared to a budget airlines because all of its small .medium and all of its A340 fleets have no personal inflight system. Shame to Pal management if they continue to be blind and deaf ear in providing comfort to all of its passengers.
