Volaris review by M 2015-12-19

I traveled from mexico city to sacramento and it was the worst experience ever. We had to depart from mexico city 5:30pm but we left at 7pm. As I was about to get on the plane a female attendant stopped me and told me I couldn't board because my carry on luggage was too big I tried explaining it was my first time flying but she charged me $45 dollars for an extra 5cm. On top of that she took a small ceramic container I had bought when another attendant had told her I could take it. EVEN IF ITS CHEAP I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS AIRLINE THEY TAKE ANYTHING THEY WANT THEY EVEN TOOK MY SMALL JUICE WITH THEM. They told me everything went in the trash but that's not true whatever they want to keep for themselves they take.
