Philippine Airlines review by Sevim 2016-10-04

Flying with these guys was a horrible experience. I am 6 months pregnant and was having to ask for water during both flights. On my return flight, the call button was not working so I had to get up and go see the attendants over and over again. You would think that one of them would get off their back seat to offer anyone a drink? There was no drink runs on either flights. It was actually worse than flying on a budget airline! There was also a mistake with my vegetarian meal because I am pregnant and opted to go the vegetarian for safety reasons. I arrived on board to be told that it was actually a Muslim meal and given a lukewarm crab and mayonnaise (both foods I cannot eat) roll. The attendant went straight back to serving the rest of the flight, which took more than 45 mins, then came back to me and said that there was nothing for me to eat for both meals. So, no food, no water, no in flight facilities and rude staff the whole way there and back. The worst airline I have ever flown with and I would never waste my money on this airline again. I'd rather fly budget airlines and know what I am getting than chancing Philippine airlines flying their new fleet.
