I requested the child bassinet while purchasing the ticket from travel agent. He sent the request to the airline which was never confirmed by the airline. In desperation I tried booking it 48 hours prior to departure via online check-in but those seats were not available to book online. I phoned the extremely unfriendly PIA's travel advisor. He advised that even he can't allocate that even though it is not taken because it will be available at the airport while checking in.When we arrived at the airport, all bassinets were gone not because they were allocated to passengers with children but they were just allocated to whoever came before us - which should've have happened because we requested for it weeks in advance. When we handed the passports we explained to the counter staff that we requested for bassinet seats and please ensure we get those. Lady on the counter did not say a word in return and handed the boarding passes with seats allocated and did not even mention that they were not bassinet seats. Instead we asked her if these were bassinet seats and her response was no, they are not. She called her supervisor who was 'the most rude man' we came across. He said to me "bassin
