I bought flight tickets for my family (w two little kids) direct flight from Liberia to NYC and they just changed my flight to be with a stop. I could buy in the same price jet blue that I'm sorry now I didn't. They didn't want to change me for direct flight w other company and didn't compromise me with anything. I have now to shorten my stay. to fly one day earlier stay over night in airport hotel. I asked not to pay at least extr for bags and the answer was NO. For me it's not a reliable company. Sorry to say it.
