Thai Airways International review by Peter 2016-10-24

Having used Thai for a number of years I was stunned when I flew flight TG474 recently. After having always received good service and airline food of a reasonable standard I was offered meager, begrudging service by staff who didn't seem to care at all for the passenger's comforts. The food was disgusting and appeared to have been thawed out then refrozen then heated again. The chicken dinner was obviously going to give anyone mild food poisoning which could be seen by the texture and I notice other passengers have left reviews about their stomach condition after imbibing it. The rubber they called an omelet for breakfast was also inedible. COME ON THAI GET YOUR CREWS TOGETHER maybe you should retire a few and find some who want to work on your planes.
